What you'll do

• Perform field installations, start-ups, preventive maintenance, performance tests, and service documentation
• train product users
• troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate refrigeration, electronic, and electromechanical systems
• coordinate customer service calls and maintain customer relationships
• connect chamber electrical systems using diagrams and specifications
• test chamber components and resolve issues before shipment
• document test results and nonconformities
• assist with calibration and adjustments
• follow safety protocols and electrical codes
• participate in continuous improvement.
