The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Marshall, MO, with pay up to $18.75 per hour, plus bonus and wage-increase opportunities. By assisting with daily activities, community involvement, and care-plan tasks, the role supports independence and progress while documenting services and monitoring health needs.

What you'll do

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and community involvement
• encourage independence
• administer medications after training and according to agency policies
• document services and progress toward goals
• monitor health needs and report changes
• follow individualized care plans
• transport individuals to appointments and community activities
• complete mileage logs, incident reports, and other records.

Why this role

Paid training is provided and no experience is required. Current openings include evenings, weekends, and limited overnight shifts; day shifts are not currently available. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and high school diploma or GED are required.
