On-Site IT Engineer

What you'll do

• Resolve incidents and service requests end-to-end for the assigned partner site
• support Microsoft business applications, operating systems, WAN/LAN networking, VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix, VMware, and Hyper-V
• manage tickets and SLA adherence in ConnectWise
• maintain IT documentation
• communicate proactively with the partner
• collaborate with Field Services and escalate complex issues
• participate in partner IT meetings
• coordinate on-site project implementations
• attend team meetings and training and contribute to audits, standards work, and committees.
