What you'll do

• Find capacity for full truckload, less-than-truckload, dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, specialized, drayage, box truck, and sprinter shipments
• develop reliable carriers across nationwide lanes
• negotiate rates using lane history and market conditions
• confirm equipment, driver information, availability, and shipment requirements
• track shipments and communicate updates
• address delays and service failures and find replacement capacity
• vet carriers using available tools
• follow qualification and compliance procedures
• maintain carrier and shipment records
• assist with after-hours issues when necessary.
