What you'll do

• Process self-pay billing, client statements, payment plans, and delinquent accounts
• submit secondary and tertiary claims
• verify insurance and Medicaid eligibility and benefits
• maintain payer assignments and client financial information in myEvolv
• post payments
• investigate denied or unpaid claims
• document billing follow-up
• assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, authorizations, EHR workflow testing, reconciliation, and process improvement.
