What you'll do

• Lead or co-lead ESOP transaction execution, including valuations, capital structure analysis, lender engagement, and documentation through closing
• support prospect research, pitches, and meetings
• serve as a client contact
• mentor Associates and Analysts
• develop thought leadership and represent FMI at industry events
• contribute to practice and firm initiatives. Travel to client sites and FMI offices is approximately 10–30%.
