What you'll do

• Assist the DON with nursing department management
• provide clinical support to RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and CNAs
• monitor operations and resident care
• conduct rounds
• follow up on changes in condition
• review clinical events
• support documentation and care planning
• assist with compliance, survey readiness, QAPI, staffing, recruitment, training, and retention
• mentor staff
• address resident and family concerns
• provide hands-on clinical support when needed.
