Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit. Assess patient condition, administer medications, and manage critical situations. Teach patients/families/caregivers about their condition, treatment plan, and follow-up measures. Manage quality of care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
