What you'll do

• Perform waived, moderately complex, and highly complex laboratory testing
• conduct quality control checks, calibrations, and equipment maintenance
• promptly communicate critical results to physicians, nurses, and pathologists
• support Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Serology, Microbiology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis
• supervise procedures and reporting when the Director or Lead CLS is absent
• follow regulatory standards and safety protocols
• remain available for scheduled and unscheduled hours, including holidays, weekends, and on-call shifts.
