• Help maintain a positive, respectful, and safe classroom
• welcome children and families
• support individual developmental and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral plans as directed
• assist with curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families and coworkers
• document and report incidents
• and follow safety, supervision, and licensing procedures. Schedules may vary, and required meetings or training may occur outside regularly scheduled hours.
