What you'll do

• Address employee concerns, conduct workplace investigations, resolve conflicts, and advise supervisors
• manage day-to-day HR operations
• support recruiting, workforce planning, selection, and onboarding
• oversee time and attendance processes and assist with payroll accuracy
• ensure employment compliance
• support engagement and retention
• partner with EHS and plant leadership on safety-related HR matters and workers’ compensation
• serve as an HR resource for managers and supervisors.
