The Director of Operations, New York DSD role is onsite in the Hunts Point area of the Bronx, NY, five days per week. The stated pay range is $160,000–$170,000 per year, with a possible discretionary bonus. The role leads Wonderful Sales’ New York direct store delivery operation. The director provides strategic and day-to-day leadership across warehouse, routing, and delivery operations, translating company goals into operating plans while supporting customer service, safety, quality, financial performance, and growth.

What you'll do

• Lead warehouse, routing, and delivery operations
• set operating standards and accountability
• manage the Senior Route Sales Manager and Warehouse Manager and provide indirect leadership to frontline staff
• oversee warehouse processes, labor planning, inventory controls, and facility operations
• monitor route performance and support territory and delivery planning
• maintain fleet readiness
• lead personnel safety and food safety programs, including the Safe Quality Food program
• coordinate audits and corrective actions
• partner with cross-functional teams and Human Resources.
