What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry points, verify authorized access, and maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and delivery records in accordance with community procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of community entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to the appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
