What you'll do

• Meet new-business production goals
• develop insurance quotes, present and close sales
• build networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, and auto dealers
• share training and education with team members
• follow underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements
• maintain client relationships
• prospect through referrals, networking, marketing, cold calls, and lead databases
• explain policy options based on client needs
• develop marketing and sales strategies.
