What you'll do

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR matters
• support employee relations, FMLA, benefits, and employee development
• maintain policies and the employee handbook
• assist managers with personnel issues
• oversee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• support annual performance reviews
• maintain employment-law compliance
• update HR policies and procedures
• and support payroll and benefits administration as required.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, benefits administration, FMLA, employee relations, applicable-law knowledge, and proficiency with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll systems. PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification is preferred.
