What you'll do

• Manage an established book of commercial lines accounts
• handle renewals, quoting, endorsements, certificates, and coverage questions
• work with underwriters on clients’ behalf and identify coverage gaps
• maintain accurate agency management system records
• manage changes, cancellations, and follow-ups.
