Cultivation Technician II

The Cultivation Technician II role is onsite in Elk River, MN. Compensation is $20.98 per hour. The position supports Vireo Health’s cultivation operation, helping produce clean, potent, safe medical cannabis for patients. The technician provides daily crop care and applies plant-health expertise to identify and report pests, disease, deficiencies, and other abnormalities. The role also supports cultivation equipment, crop records, feeding schedules, and directed pest-control practices under cultivation leadership.

What you'll do

• Maintain a clean and safe cultivation work area
• follow state regulations and company procedures
• record crop practices and assigned data
• maintain and calibrate equipment
• inspect plants daily and report abnormalities
• take substrate readings and measurements
• follow feeding and integrated pest management schedules
• carry out sprays and other pest-control methods as directed
• care for crops from seed through harvest
• assist with secondary cultivation tasks.
