What you'll do

• Complete daily work orders
• troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry issues
• assist with annual, move-in, and move-out inspections
• coordinate unit turnover repairs
• maintain preventive maintenance records
• stay current on building codes and safety standards
• maintain trash areas
• respond to after-hours emergency calls according to company policy
• and assist with snow removal.
