What you'll do

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support assigned business applications
• monitor availability, performance, integrations, scheduled processes, and system health
• investigate and resolve incidents and recurring problems
• coordinate troubleshooting with IT and business teams and vendors
• manage configurations, licensing, and access
• support onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
• conduct access and license reviews
• maintain audit evidence and documentation
• evaluate application features and technologies
• provide user guidance and training materials
• communicate incidents and changes
• identify and implement process automation and other improvements.
