• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and screening, prepare leases and move-in packages, inspect apartments before move-in, support marketing plans and outreach, use property management software to track availability and leasing activity, maintain show units and leasing areas, follow up with prospects and residents, support lease renewals, respond to resident concerns, and complete reports.
