What you'll do

• Sell on the floor and deliver Fit2Run’s Fit process
• provide product knowledge, gait analysis, and personalized recommendations
• coach team members and support onboarding
• serve as Leader on Duty during assigned shifts
• execute opening and closing procedures
• maintain cleanliness and visual standards
• assist with promotions, inventory, merchandising, scheduling support, and community events
• and escalate customer or employee concerns as appropriate.
