The Certified Athletic Trainer – Industrial Injury Prevention role is onsite at two locations in Cincinnati and Sharonville, OH. The schedule averages six hours per week over two days: Monday, 7–10 a.m. in Cincinnati and Thursday, 7–10 a.m. in Sharonville. Compensation is $33–$39 per hour, depending on qualifications. Briotix Health works with employers to improve workforce health and prevent injuries. The professional provides onsite care and early discomfort management, educates employees on injury prevention, and applies job-task and ergonomic knowledge to support safer work. The role contributes to client workforce health through documentation, OSHA-aligned first aid practices, and collaboration with Briotix Health stakeholders; some additional services may be provided based on client requirements.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with client contacts and employees
• provide injury- and illness-prevention education and training
• provide onsite care for work- and non-work-related discomforts
• follow OSHA first aid standards and the Early Discomfort Management program
• complete timely reports and documentation
• follow site safety policies and regulations
• may provide functional employment testing, return-to-work or stay-at-work services, ergonomic assessments, or clinical solutions based on client requirements.
