What you'll do

• Establish and review staff standards and work procedures
• plan work and staffing schedules
• assist with hiring, interviewing, and training
• orient, develop, and supervise supervisory and housekeeping staff. Conduct inspections and make recommendations, report goals and accomplishments, provide staff education, communicate across departments, and coordinate outside services such as pest control, waste, document destruction, and recycling.
