The Data Entry Technician — Laboratory, Monday–Friday Afternoons role is onsite in Des Plaines, IL, with pay of $17.25 per hour. This role supports laboratory production by accurately entering sample information into the laboratory information management system and coordinating sample details between the laboratory and customer service teams. It also handles sample intake, labeling, shipping preparation, supplies, and disposal according to safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Receive and open packages and client sample drop-offs
• accurately enter data into the laboratory information management system
• facilitate sample information flow between laboratory and customer service staff
• label sample containers
• prepare and ship bottle orders
• confirm receipt of shipped samples and packages
• order and distribute supplies
• neutralize and dispose of samples according to safety and waste procedures.
