Accounts Receivable Representative

The Accounts Receivable Representative role is hybrid in Oak Brook, Illinois, with three days per week in the office. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. Lions International is a global service club organization whose members serve communities locally and worldwide; this role supports its Finance Division. The representative receives, prepares, and posts accounts receivable and general ledger deposits across multiple bank accounts and currencies. The role also researches payment issues, processes adjustments, supports daily and month-end close, and responds to member and staff inquiries to keep financial records accurate.

What you'll do

• Enter deposits for assigned bank accounts and currencies
• code deposits to appropriate accounts
• verify and balance batches
• assist with daily and month-end close
• research and post payments and adjustments
• follow up on unidentified payments
• respond to inquiries
• assist with payment instructions and online payments.
