What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns
• conduct unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials as directed
• maintain logs and incident documentation
• communicate with employees, contractors, visitors, and emergency responders.
