What you'll do

• Prepare offer letters and employment documents
• coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding
• partner with hiring managers
• manage new-hire orientation and documentation
• lead HR integration for employees from acquired companies
• administer benefits and open enrollment
• maintain employee records and HR systems
• support employee relations and performance management
• coordinate leave, workers’ compensation, and unemployment matters as needed
• improve HR processes and policies
• partner with leadership on workforce planning.
