Activities Coordinator

Job overview

The Activities Coordinator role is onsite in Jessup, MD, with pay of $16–$18 per hour. Columbia Meadows is a growing assisted living community focused on resident experiences and well-being. The coordinator plans and leads inclusive activities that encourage residents’ social interaction, mental stimulation, and overall well-being, adapting programming to residents’ interests and abilities.

What you'll do

• Develop activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
• coordinate group events, individual activities, and celebrations
• collaborate with staff and families
• maintain and communicate an activities calendar
• encourage participation and adapt activities
• track supplies and ensure materials are available.
