Electrical Superintendent

Compensation is $41–$55 per year. The Electrical Superintendent role is an onsite position based in Dallas, TX. This role exists to oversee and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The Superintendent leads a team of electricians to ensure all installations, maintenance, and repair work are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and regulations.

What you'll do

• Supervise and manage daily operations of electrical crews on construction sites.
• Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate material orders, equipment deliveries, and manpower schedules.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Conduct inspections of electrical systems, identifying and resolving any issues.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Maintain documentation, including work reports, schedules, and project plans.
• Mentor and train junior electricians and other crew members.
