Field Engineer / Resident Project Representative

The Field Engineer / Resident Project Representative is an onsite role based in Salt Lake City, UT. What you'll do

• Prepare weekly status reports.
• Coordinate progress meetings with contractors and owners.
• Manage submittal and shop drawing review processes.
• Monitor project construction budgets and internal budgets.
• Ensure staff compliance with safety manuals.
• Analyze and negotiate change orders.
• Resolve contractor questions and drawing clarifications.
• Maintain active client communications.
• Assist with marketing, interviews, and proposal preparation.
• Provide corporate support to construction services and management.
