What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, eating, hydration, and hygiene
• measure and record vital signs
• observe and report changes to nursing staff
• provide medication reminders and basic tasks under licensed staff supervision
• encourage resident engagement
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• respond to emergencies.
