Behavior Technician (BT or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT))

Compensation is $20–$28 per hour. The Behavior Technician role is based in Wareham, MA, with work in home, daycare, and center-based settings; Children Making Strides provides applied behavior analysis services to children with autism and their families, including children ages 2–9. The technician provides therapy, creates engaging learning experiences, supports communication and socialization skills, and reports progress to senior health professionals while helping foster a supportive environment for children and families.

What you'll do

• Provide ABA therapy in clients’ homes or the clinic
• draft progress reports for senior health professionals
• help children build communication and socialization skills
• create engaging learning experiences
• foster a supportive environment
• maintain continuous supervision during sessions and respond to elopement attempts or behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
