Job overview

What you'll do
- Provide inventory support by phone and online
- support Customer Administration with service report errors, billing reversals, and serial number escalations
- resolve return processing issues and identify improvements
- coordinate physical inventory and reconciliation with Field Management
- address inventory management errors, including purchase order posting errors and tool order failures.
