What you'll do

• Complete assigned maintenance service requests promptly
• turn apartment units over within established timelines
• complete make-ready and punch checklists
• diagnose and repair basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance issues
• install and remove appliances, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and blinds
• perform interior and exterior touch-up painting
• respond to tenant requests
• and comply with applicable laws, including Fair Housing regulations.
