What you'll do

• Develop differentiated lesson plans
• implement small-group instruction for students with IEPs identified as Tier 2 or Tier 3
• monitor student progress and maintain records
• use varied instructional strategies and assessments
• communicate learning goals and feedback
• manage classroom routines and behavior
• collaborate with co-teachers, specialists, colleagues, and families
• complete IEP reports and participate in professional development.
