What you'll do

• Diagnose customer concerns and perform repairs
• complete engine, powertrain, transmission, and diesel repairs
• perform warranty and recall repairs
• diagnose check-engine and drivability issues
• program modules and apply software updates using wiTECH
• communicate findings to advisors through digital inspections and video
• follow factory repair procedures and service information.

Why this role
