What you'll do

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and service
• follow operational procedures and food safety requirements
• support guest service and food quality
• assist with sales growth initiatives
• train employees and identify internal candidates for shift lead roles
• respond to guest questions and complaints and escalate concerns
• assist with performance analysis, cost monitoring, and budget adherence
• comply with labor laws and regulations.
