Vice President of Sales

What you'll do

• Standardize effective sales practices into a shared process and playbook
• convene regional sales leaders and track adoption
• design and manage incentive and recognition plans
• build sales development and training programs
• improve CRM standards, forecasting, and sales tools
• develop pricing and quoting guardrails with Finance
• partner with regional leadership, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and Operations
• directly manage a Sales Process Manager.
