G-Code CNC Operator & Offset Technician (Milling/Turning)

The G-Code CNC Operator & Offset Technician (Milling/Turning) role is onsite in Lillington, NC. Pay is $25–$27 per hour. The role supports Boon Edam’s production of premium entry solutions. The technician operates and adjusts CNC equipment to produce parts to specification, while maintaining quality, safety, and production flow. The work includes inspecting parts, supporting equipment and workholding needs, and helping teammates meet schedules.

What you'll do

• Operate two to three machines simultaneously
• validate programs by running sample parts and inspecting features against drawings
• recall and edit G-code and adjust offsets
• use workholding and tooling and build fixtures when needed
• cut, mill, turn, bend, and polish metal
• load and unload machines, initiate cycles, clean, and inspect parts
• handle materials safely
• document inspections and required testing
• perform user-level maintenance and maintain housekeeping
• support teammates through cross-training and mentoring.

Why this role

Two schedule options are listed: first shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; second shift Monday–Thursday, 4:20 p.m.–2:50 a.m. Overtime may be needed.
