Human Resources Manager, Hospitality

The Human Resources Manager role is onsite at the corporate office in Kennewick, WA. The stated pay range is $32–$35 per hour. The role provides HR guidance across the hospitality portfolio, supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training, and retention. It helps ensure consistent application of HR policies and programs across the company.

What you'll do

• Partner with hotel leadership on people matters
• guide managers on performance management and progressive discipline
• conduct employee relations investigations and liaise with legal as needed
• support full-cycle recruitment for key positions
• coordinate onboarding with hiring managers, payroll, and HR
• track HR data and recruitment and retention trends
• assist with compensation and benefits reviews
• develop and deliver training
• create and communicate HR policies and procedures
• monitor legislative changes
• maintain confidentiality of HR files.

Why this role
