What you'll do

• Manage prescription refill requests
• triage calls, messages, and urgent patient concerns
• assist with office-based procedures
• provide patient education and discharge instructions
• schedule operating-room procedures and coordinate consents
• coordinate preoperative requirements, including cardiac clearance
• coordinate vendor and representative coverage
• initiate prior authorizations
• manage supply outdates and inventory
• review abnormal diagnostics and escalate concerns
• support marketing lead workflows as needed.
