What you'll do

• Collaborate with co-teachers, colleagues, and the director to develop a high-quality program
• implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
• document children’s interactions and experiences
• assess development and maintain records, including progress reports and play-based assessments using COR Advantage
• follow Mass EEC and JCC SHEVA frameworks, EEC regulations, and NAEYC guidelines
• maintain an organized, safe classroom
• use positive language and classroom management
• communicate with families and participate in conferences
• mentor assistant teachers
• attend JCC meetings and participate in department goals and initiatives.
