What you'll do

• Support the principal in achieving school-wide goals
• use academic and culture data to guide problem-solving and accountability
• coach teachers and support high-rigor instruction
• plan and lead professional development
• supervise, observe, and evaluate staff
• implement behavior systems
• support differentiated instruction and tiered interventions
• attend IEP and 504 meetings.
