What you'll do

• Track, follow up, and close sales leads
• inspect crawl spaces and identify moisture, water, wood, insect, and structural issues
• measure damage and quantify needed repairs
• develop scopes of work and solutions
• explain inspection findings to customers
• communicate scopes with office staff and repair crews
• assist with dispatch and quality control
• participate in networking, marketing, and business development
• maintain sales metrics.
