What you'll do

• Lead and develop HVAC Service Technicians
• oversee staffing, training, productivity, work orders, project scopes, schedules, and service agreements
• coordinate purchasing, workforce capacity, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• analyze labor costs, billing, and cash flow
• support technicians
• address customer concerns
• ensure compliance with mechanical codes and industry standards and verify permits and licensing as needed.
