CNA - Full Time FLEX in Fulton, SD. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $18.50 - $25.50 per hour. Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of service to seniors. The Nursing Assistant (NA) provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of an RN, delivering age-appropriate care based on the resident's care plan. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, vital signs, mobility, and dining, as well as maintaining a clean living environment.

What you'll do

• Serve as caregiver to residents during the scheduled work period.
• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Deliver age-appropriate care related to physical and psychological needs.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, and psychosocial support.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking.
• Complete tasks related to food preparation and dining.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Communicate resident's changing condition to the charge nurse.
• Collect specimens and gather vital signs.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry services.
• Assist with and document wellness and recreational programs.

What we're looking for

Education

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.

Experience

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
