Automotive Store Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
• build a positive shop culture
• deliver customer service and build long-term relationships
• manage sales, profitability, expenses, and performance goals
• oversee shop workflow and technician productivity
• recommend appropriate automotive services
• monitor pricing, discounts, margins, and inventory
• maintain workmanship, cleanliness, and safety standards
• follow company policies and safety procedures
• work with leadership to identify growth and performance improvements.
