What you'll do

• Manage apartment leasing from initial contact through resident move-in
• maintain knowledge of rents, pricing, vacancies, floor plans, and lease expirations
• conduct apartment tours
• process deposits, rent, and move-in fees
• support marketing and lead tracking
• follow up with prospects
• maintain leasing records and reports
• assist with renewals, resident events, and team training
• follow Fair Housing requirements.
