What you'll do

• Oversee daily service operations, technicians, advisors, dispatching, and shop workflow

• manage technician schedules, shop capacity, and repair-order flow
• monitor productivity, labor sales, and profitability
• improve repair-order processes and quality control
• maintain warranty-policy compliance
• review financial results
• resolve escalated customer concerns
• monitor satisfaction and service follow-up.
