What you'll do

• Provide individual counseling
• develop, monitor, and review treatment and recovery plans
• assess client needs and progress
• provide therapeutic interventions and recovery skills support
• facilitate community meetings and treatment planning
• provide case management and referrals
• coordinate with vocational and clinical services
• participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• maintain clinical documentation
• provide coverage for other counselors as needed
• conduct room inspections in residential settings.
